Dandelion Fuzz

Today I went park hopping with a few of my friends. We all piled in a car and drove to four different parks where we just played on the playground and ran around in the grass. It felt amazing to be able to enjoy myself just running around outside for hours again. It is something I have missed from when I was little. Tag used to be my favorite game, and I still love playing it, but when would you ever see teenagers playing tag? Everyone is too busy drinking, smoking, having sex, and being all grown up to actually enjoy the little things that make life wonderful. Children are the only ones that truly know how to love the things such as making a wish on the dandelion fuzz, playing tag, making flower crowns, and playing on the playground.

Beautiful Sleep

I realized last night that I have been awake 42 of the past 48 hours. Somehow I'm still moving, but barely. Thursday night I had hours of homework and then last night I had both of my fighting friends asking me for advice. The problem is, they don't want to hear what I have to say. They want me to say, "you are totally right, she was horrible to you and you have every right to hate her," but I won't. This whole fight started because my friend Rachel got a stain on Leah's shirt. Since it was Leah's favorite shirt, she became really mad and demanded Rachel get the stain out. Rachel refused. Idiot. So now they are in the stupidest fight I have ever seen. Somehow, advice of "forgive her", and "buy her a new shirt", don't go over very well.

Book Face

I have book face. I managed to fall asleep on my text book while reading an extremely dry passage. I just thought I would lay my head down for a moment and before I knew it, it was an hour later. I guess I'm just glad I only slept for an hour since I still have a lot of homework to do.

Snotty Neighbors

This neighbor I mentioned yesterday, Bailey, goes to a private school not far from my school. She is little miss better than you. She really enjoys telling me how awful my school is and how amazing her school is. Unfortunately, there is a lot backing her up, at least in sports anyway. Usually, her school is a powerhouse in the state, but not today. I was so proud of our sports teams!! The girls soccer team, softball team, and baseball team all beat them today. The scores weren't even close. In soccer, they scored nothing while we scored four! Next time I see Bailey I'm going to throw that in her face, and then maybe rub it around a bit to mess up that pretty little smile. Ha ha!

April Showers...

April showers bring May flowers.
Well, it's not exactly May yet, but the April showers are definitely bringing April grass. And since every silver cloud has a dark lining, that April grass needs mowing.

That's pretty much my philosophy in life. If you are focusing on the dark lining, you will be presently surprised when the much bigger silver cloud pushes itself into your line of sight.

Unfortunately for England, my next door neighbor is taking a trip there this summer. For two beautiful weeks, this country will have one less obnoxious, spoiled brat living inside its borders. Who knows, maybe she'll love it there and just stay there permanently and a cute college boy could move in next door.

Ah, beautiful daydreams.

Sunday Nigt

I don't think I'm the only one in the world in a continous sigh tonight. Sunday night means Monday morning. Monday morning means school. I don't mind school, it's the getting up for school part that I hate. After such a wonderous couple days of sleeping in, who wants to get up at five thirty? Then, to make things that much worse, my friends are in the middle of a gigantic fight. I won't take sides so neither of them are talking to me. Wonderful.

An amazing quote of the week:

"Fate only takes you so far, then its up to you to make it happen."
